Below you will find examples of packages for our partnership. There’s opportunity to customize or combine packages depending on the project. All project rates are negotiated based on scope & complexities, timeline, virtual/in-person components, and organizational budget.

Package 1: Seeding

Seeding Package is focused on early consultations for your planning or Programs team.

Great for organizations that have a Programs & Operations teams that need support in expanding how care & logistics are planned for and implemented.

Minimum of 2 consultations, and customizable based on project and team needs.

Package 2: Rooting

Rooting Package is focused on in-person event support.

Great for teams that have already planned & coordinated their event or convening, but need a Lead onsite who can manage details in the final weeks leading up to the convening and hold logistics day of. 

Includes, but not limited to:

  • Partnering to identity Care Logistics gaps in the coordination plan & necessary problem-solving 

  • Managing vendor, venue, and practitioner relationships the day of gathering 

  • Reviewing comprehensive care & safety plans aligned with organizational values for various scenarios 

  • Anchoring the day of logistics of your gathering so that team members can focus on facilitation, fostering relationship, and participants in the space

  • Additional hands-on support to facilitators and holders of the space

Package 3: Seeding to Harvest

Seeding to Harvest is focused on a full “end to end” collaboration & the most comprehensive package.

Great for organizations or teams that are holding demanding programs and are in need of a partner that expands capacity & takes lead on coordination and implementation. 

Includes, but not limited to:

  • Cocreating priorities, timelines, stakeholders & budgets

  • Identifying location, venues, lodging, and executing contracting

  • Cocreating & managing communications plan for pre-gathering, on the ground, and post-gathering comms

  • Think through logistical & care implications of intended programming (Collecting access needs, creating meal & nourishment plan, coordinating ground transportation, multilingual & Language Justice planning, and more) 

  • Partner with facilitators and local partners to weave in place-based cultural & movement grounding 

  • Create comprehensive care & safety plans aligned with organizational values for various scenarios 

  • Intentionally stewarding all vendor relationships in alignment with liberatory values from contract to close

  • Weaving in Healing Justice & embodiment offerings that deepen organizational commitment to Staff wholeness and leadership

  • Curating intentional experiences that goes beyond achieving meetings goals to reinvigorate people & relationships

  • Anchoring Logistics throughout the process and onsite
